As a Way Point, I will board your ship as a pilot and help you navigate safely in the world of food, trends & developments in the organic sector. I help you, your company or project with a 3D look between market, your company/people and the products. I look at your wishes, your goals, your team, the capacities and your direction and am able to quickly make an analysis of what you need, how you can tackle it and start realizing it too.
Here Way Point distinguishes itself from advisors. Not a nice plan and then an invoice, but I go internally, between your people or in the middle of your team, I listen, ask and give feedback, work together with your team and tell you transparently which course is possible.
We determine together the way points (steps and goals) to achieve your results. Then you decide if you want to temporarily integrate me into your team or company to convert the project or the measures.
Unlike the pilot who takes temporarily control, you as the client continue to take all decisions and determine choices during the cooperation. If desired, this can also be transferred to me for the period of transition as an Ad Interim manager. Because I always inform you about the results and possible changes you stay in control.
Because of my independence from the company, combined with experiences and feedback from your team and customers, I remain able to critically assess measures or changes that have been made and adjust them if necessary.
